I simply sing
like a bird in a tree.

I know, that every now and again, someone will stop and listen and in a moment, they will see or feel something that they have not seen or felt before. When God's spirit touches a man, like me, they will never be the same again. That moment is something worth seeking for. But, even if you are in a hurry, read no further. At least just listen to a song. Pick one at random from each of going on 11 albums now, and if nothing touches you, I wish you well and continue to sing to the Glory of my God. (Take me to the music)

We are all on a journey

Hello friend.

Thank you for dropping by. Since I was very young, I have written and recorded songs. I have even written my own "Epitaph" in song. Through songs and by blogging, I share my journey's experiences with you. I hope that in doing so, we together, will grow closer to the One who loves us so much that He was willing to die for us, while we were yet sinners! Some things may be a little unusual to you at first, as they were to me at one time. But there should be something that you can identify with, so dare to dig a bit.

Peoples journeys are very different. But this one thing you should know, which all men have in common, whether they believe it or not. Your life is not an accident. You are not the product of a big bang or just your parents pleasure. Your creator had you in mind, before the foundation of the world.  He designed you with purpose and  planned your life with purpose, knowing that if you loved truth more that the lie, you would find,in relationship with him, your eternal purpose. You ere desitined to be conformed to the image of His son.

Lets share the joy, the joy, the peace, the richness and true freedom of this journey, together, for everthing else is already fading.

kind regards

Gerald Sharp

1Co 2:11  For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

1Co 2:12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Rom 8:29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

A real Christian is an odd number, anyway. He feels supreme love for One whom he has never seen;

talks familiarly everyday to someone he cannot see; expects to go to heaven on the virtue of another;

empties himself in order to be full; admits he is wrong so he can be declared right; goes down in order to get up; is strongest when he is weakest; richest when he is poorest; happiest when he feels the worst. He dies so he can live; forsakes in order to have; gives away so he can keep; sees the invisible; hears the inaudible; and knows that which passeth knowledge.                                                                       A.W. We need  to view our world from the perspective of eternity. Without God fearing perspective, there is no hope for the future,  for where there are no absolutes, lawlessness will only increase, to the destruction of all that make life on earth worth living. Man, without God, has already been proved by history, to bring only temporary answers, after which the corruption in man always brings misery again. The answer is not another revolution. It is in new creation. It is hearts that cry out for God to save. Yah-shu-a. Yahweh saves and if any man be in him, he is NEW CREATION.

2Ch 7:14  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
