The Way Forward

One thing I can tell you for sure. The way forward is not back. Can we discern this season? Is this not a pivotal question for believers to ask themselves at this time.

I see many trying to save their worlds? But is that the world of our Father? Does He send his son a second time to save or judge this world? He will surely be King over his own Kingdom, which is not of this world? Will not the world and its Kings bow before His throne? Will not Judah and Ephraim be united and the whole of Israel be one, never to be separated again? (Eze 37) Usually, I leave the song till last, but because these words are so important, I will ask you to please follow the words below as you listen...

Please listen to : NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED

Isaiah 48:20-22 NKJV

Go forth from Babylon!

Flee from the Chaldeans!

With a voice of singing,

Declare, proclaim this,

Utter it to the end of the earth; Say,

“The LORD has redeemed His servant Jacob!”

[21] And they did not thirst When He led them through the deserts;

He caused the waters to flow from the rock for them;

He also split the rock, and the waters gushed out.

[22] “There is no peace,” says the LORD, “for the wicked.”

Our dear Heavenly Father, we come humbly before you and for asking your grace to understand this season we are in. What should it mean to us when you say: "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues." And what does it mean when you speak as you have above in Isaiah 48? For your reference to Jacob is to the whole house of Israel. The imagery seems to me to be calling us to trust you as we depart from what is comfortable. There also seems to be warning in both these scriptures, that we should not choose to rather remain where we have been comfortable? In the end, it really depends on timing. What season are we in? You have told us to occupy, but now the season seems to be changing and so we cry out to you that we may know the season and we ask You to have mercy on us and to lead us in the way that we should go. Help us to stay awake and watch and pray and be ready lest when our savior comes, we are found sleeping and so fail to let him lead us back to the promised land.

Luke 21:34-36 KJV

And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. [35] For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. [36] Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

But he will get some there, it seems, even if he has to send out hunters.

Jeremiah 16:15-16 KJV

But, The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers. [16] Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.

But as for me, I am ready now. If he will count me worthy. I will rather be gathered willingly, and not be in haste, as I leave and cleave than be hunted before I am prepared to flea and cleave. For as he says in Isaiah 52.

Isaiah 52:11-12 KJV

Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD. [12] For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward. (Interesting, this word rereward. It can mean rear guard, gathered, gathered for a purpose, taken away, restored, assembled, to recover and withdraw.)

When Abraham was called of God to leave, he had no idea where he was going. Perhaps it will be the same with us.

And let me show you one more thing I have seen.

Micah 7:2. This chapter speaks of the one who gathered vintage grapes, who must first endure hardship before he will be drawn to the light and see His righteousness. He declares an interesting thing. The righteous have perished from the earth. But have they? Strong's offers alternative principle meanings for perished and earth that can be rendered: The righteous have wandered away from the nations.
