Did You Miss It? Does it relate to the "Rapture"

I speak, of course, of the Feast of Trumpets.
First I would like to draw your attention to the second Feast of Trumpets Song on this collection;
If there is a rapture, (and we will discuss this), then this feast certainly relates.
Did you perhaps miss what our Father in heaven refers to as one of His APPOINTED FEASTS!
A specific time is given for them. We are supposed to study His word, discover when and what they are about, and then pitch up at the correct time and participate. Why? Because they are His declared "moedim". That is, His appointed times. One can expect that as they are His, He will be there to meet with us as we come with humble hearts and an expectant Spirit.
This particular one, Yom Teruah in Hebrew, is about blowing trumpets and it is the only one of the feasts, that falls on a new moon.
In the Hebrew calendar a new moon means a new month. In fact, the word for moon and month are similar. For this Feast of Trumpets nobody knows what day or hour the feast will begin, because you have to site the sliver of the new moon. If you cannot see it, which is what happened in Jerusalem this year because of clouds, then it is delayed!
Now that should send a little quake through the heart of many believers, because they mostly all know that "not knowing the day or hour" relates to the return of Jesus! (I prefer to call him Yahushua, because that means Yah is salvation. If you are wondering about the Yah part, search for it. It appears 4 times in both the Old and New King James. Strong's says it is the shortened version of the Sacred Name. Halleujah, is better understood today, when written HalleluYah).
I have seldom seen people who keep traditional Christian feasts miss the eve of the 24th into 25 of December! It happens to fall during what was in ancient times was the pagan of feast of Saturnalia. But few believers seems to be aware of the unbiblical aspects of these popular feasts or their pagan origins. But the truth is still not too difficult to find online. (If you want to know more, but struggle, let me know.)
So how does the Feast of Trumpets relate to "the Rapture"?
Though the word rapture does not exist in the bible, most associate it with being caught up in the air. Here are two well know passages.
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
The big question is: When will this take place? I believe Yahushua himself gives us the best clue:
Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
I hope you noted that he said: Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened. (Man is trying to darken the sun right now in the UK. Have you heard of that! I am not saying it relates. But it really could, especially if we see this occuring more globally over time.)
The Feast of Trumpets says: "Nobody knows the day or the hour", but we who believe it good to keep Yah's feast, rehearse this every year and remind ourself of this and other important things, as we look into them every year, so that, when the trumpet blows, we will be watching, ready and not taken by surprise. Remember we are expected to look for the moon! Those predicting the day are surely foolish. He will come like a theif in the night and Yahushua himself says, only the Father knows that day and hour.
Mat 24:36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
.....
Mat 24:42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
So, my question to you is.
If we cannot pitch up for an appointed rehearsal, how will we be be ready for a "rapture", when He comes as a thief in the night?
In fact, it seems clear from the book of revelation, that a great majority make their robes white during the Great Tribulation!
Rev 7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,
Rev 7:10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!"
Rev 7:11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
Rev 7:12 saying: "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen."
Rev 7:13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
Rev 7:14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Rev 7:15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them.
Rev 7:16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;
Rev 7:17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
If you want to learn a little more about the Feast of Trumpets, please view my Feast of Tumpets blog. (The one prior to this one) THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS, LET US EXAMINE THE SCRIPTURES AND OURSELVE TO MAKE SURE WE ARE READY WHEN HE COMES. FOR THE SCRIPTURES DO NOT WARN US ABOUT THIS FOR NOTHING!
Do not miss the next appointed "feast. It is Yom Kippur and is almost upon us. Actually, it is not a feast. In fact, considered by many, especially those of Judaism, as the most holy one of the year it is for most usually a fast! I hope to consider with you soon, why this feast is still so relevant to us today. So please keep an eye out for that post.
Perhaps you see things differently? I would enjoy hearing your view, whether you agree or not. Iron sharpens iron, as the scripture says in the book of Proverbs Ch 27 vs 17.
